Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangements (QSE-HRA)

Qualified Small Employers (QSEs with fewer than 50 full-time employees) who do not offer group health care coverage can now offer a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to reimburse employees who purchase individual (non-group) health insurance coverage on the individual market or ACA exchange, along with eligible out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision costs.
