Cynthia E. Clements
Benefit Advisor / Client Services Manager
Cindy Clements joined Vantage Benefit Advisors in the Fall of 2018 as a Benefit Advisor. She brings with her over 23 years of experience in small, mid and large group market segments of employee benefits. In 2021, Ms. Clements also began managing the client services team.
Ms. Clements successfully develops and deploys sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects, as well as, educates clients on applicable legislation and market trends. She possesses knowledge of the carrier’s capabilities to manage and deliver the most comprehensive and affordable benefit packages to her clients. She handles the sale, implementation and enrollment processes for new business and manages in force clients.
She is a graduate of Allegany College in Maryland with a degree in Legal Technologies. Cindy is a Trustee on the Board of the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters Association, and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Cynthia holds her Life, Accident & Health Licenses in the state of Ohio.
